I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a very spacious bathroom and fresh good quality towels provided daily. It felt cozy and comfortable during my entire stay. One small downside was that the price was a bit high for what was offered.

The location was fantastic in Sapa, walking distance to all the main attractions. It was a fair walk from the town center, which made it quiet and peaceful. However, it meant a 15-minute walk to the shops and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated with a modern black and white theme, amazingly cheap for what they offered, clean, and comfortable, especially with the perfect, comfortable bed. The service was excellent, offering convenient amenities like car hire, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was ideal for me, being very close to some restaurants and just a short distance to Sapa train station, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep away from the noisy parts of Sa Pa. The dining experience was very nice with a good selection of Western and Asian choices and fresh fruits, making it very satisfying. Overall, a great value for money with top-notch facilities.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, the best on our Vietnam trip, with daily fresh towels and an extremely friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to assist you. However, it's not really near the busy area. The quiet location provides a nice mountain view from the room and is within walking distance of restaurants, just out of the hustle and bustle of town.
